  Intent to proceed deposit: USD1000

  Management Service Fee: There are two options for the potential partners to choose from:
  
  Management Service Fee1: USD 500 + 10% of Gross Revenue. With MSF1 your start up cost will be higher paying USD 500 monthly even without revenue stream, but potentially after the site does well, you keep most of the profit.

  Management Service Fee2: No flat rate, just 40% of Gross Revenue. Should you choose MSF2, your start up cost is only the initial deposit and the generated gross revenue is divided 60-40 between partner and Hospitality Globe, however HG will set the performance benchmarks that the partner will have to achieve in order to keep the site under his/her control.
